EXPOSEX POINT AND NEW PARAGRAPH, to be able to promote the major creation of erotic literature summons the I PRIZE ISTAR OF EROTIC NOVEL.
1 ª) There can take part in this prize writers and writers of the whole world, presenting his(her,your) works in Castilian language and providing that the presented novels are unpublished and have not appeared in another contest.
2 ª) Every novel must appear in one on with the name, domicile and telephone of the author, if the work goes with pseudonym in on enclosure, inside the same one all the information of the author will have to appear. The presented original ones will be accompanied of a written certification of the author, guaranteeing that the rights of the work are not compromised and that this one has not appeared in another contest.
3 ª) The presented novels will have a maximum of 200 sheets of paper typed to double space and a minimum of 100 sheets of paper to an alone face. The novels will have to send to EXPOSEX POINT AND NEW PARAGRAPH, S.L. Avda. Couch 350 5 º To 08027 BARCELONA, with the reference in on of " I Premio Istar ".
4 ª) The winner will have a prize of 3.000 €. The payment of the same one involves for the winner the recognition and acceptance to the right of publication of his(her,your) novel in sole right with EXPOSEX POINT AND NEW PARAGRAPH S.L. and the endowment of the prize will be given to account(bill) of anticipation of 5 % of the author's copyright. Likewise Exposex Punto and New paragraph S.L: it(he,she) saves itself the rights of the work in other languages and his(her,your) diffusion in any other way.
5 ª) EXPOSEX POINT AND NEW PARAGRAPH S.L. reserves the publication of the novels that have not reached the prize and are estimated of interest, previous agreement by the authors.
6ª) La fecha máxima de entrega de las novelas será el 15 de Abril del 2.006.
7ª) El jurado estará compuesto por 5 personalidades y por un representante de la empresa. No se entregarán resultados de la lectura de las obras presentadas.
8ª) Las obras que no hayan sido premiadas serán destruidas y en ningún caso Exposex se compromete a devolverlas.
9ª) La participación en el Premio Istar compromete la aceptación, sin ninguna reserva, de las bases del mismo y la obras no podrán ser retiradas de concurso hasta el dictamen final del jurado.
